Tests may include analysis of hormone levels for both males and females; TUNEL test to assess sperm DNA damage; Anti-Mullerian Hormone test to assess ovarian reserve, genetic tests and general health assessments to mention just a few.
Patient Flow Tests 2
  • A follow-up appointment will be scheduled with your doctor to review the test results, discuss a diagnosis and offer options for treatment.
patient Flow Tests 3
  • If progressing with treatment, you will be required to complete consent forms with your doctor. South Australia is one of the few states with legislation relating to assisted reproductive technology and the consenting procedures have been outlined in legislation. Unique to SA is the need to complete a Statutory Declaration to confirm that you have not been convicted of a violent crime or a sexual assault. Consent forms are unique to treatment and examples of IVF treatment consents may be found below. The NT follows SA legislation.
